I really think the .0079 feed rate is causing problems, especially at 591 sfm and in D2. OP says .3mm doc and I assume that is diametral. As for the speeds and feeds if you are using the 4040 grade or even the 4030 grade oyu should be fine. I wouldn't run it any faster on the sfpm though. as for the rough depth of cut,try a little heavier cut and see what happens. HTH.
